How often do you ship? We ship all orders out within 3-5 business days and sometimes the same day! Unless the item is marked a pre-order or that it will ship on a certain date.

Where are you located? We are located in Deer Creek, Oklahoma. Near the Kansas/Oklahoma state line.

When is your store open? We are OPEN seven days a week during holiday hours. 

Monday-Saturday: 10AM-5PM & Sunday's from 1PM-5PM

from November 1st-December 23rd. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Eve.

I purchased but I did not get tracking information? Please CALL our store. 580-267-3597.

Can I cancel my order? We do not accept cancellations. We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. You may return your item back to us within the 30 days. Fill out the return card with your order information.

RETURNS: Returns can be done within 30 days of when you received the items. Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached. You must provide the shipping label. Once we get the items back in the mail, we will issue a refund to the card which you purchased with. 

Food items, sale items, & swimwear can NOT be refunded or available for exchange.

DID YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?  If you ordered the wrong size, or it is too big or too small, please notify us WITHIN 30 DAYS of when you received the item. You can send it back to us but you must provide the shipping label. We DO NOT reimburse for shipping label.  We will refund the amount for the item but not for the shipping. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT REFUND SALE ITEMS!

DAMAGED/BROKEN ITEMS: You have THREE days to report an issue/damage/tear with your item. Please report any damages to us. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we want to know.  We will make that right as soon as possible.
