Hey y'all! I'm Brittany, the owner of Deer Creek Mercantile. The Deer Creek Mercantile first began in 1899 in Deer Creek, Oklahoma USA. I'm happy to announce that we are restoring the original Mercantile location!  We hope to be open in the original Mercantile by the end of summer 2022. We carry a variety of different + unique products. Everything from clothing, home goods, to general merchandise. We are located in Deer Creek, Oklahoma USA. 

Frequently asked questions:

How often do you ship? We ship all orders out within 1-3 business days and sometimes the same day! Unless the item is marked a pre-order or that it will ship on a certain date.

Where are you located? We are located in Deer Creek, Oklahoma. Near the Kansas/Oklahoma state line.  We do have a retail store but right now we are only open on select dates.

When is your store open? We are not open daily however we do ship our online orders daily. For store hours and dates, please check our Facebook events tab or you can contact us by phone or text at 580-262-9321.

When do pre-orders ship? Pre-orders will ship approx. around the dates in the description. There are times when pre-orders may take longer than expected, if that happens, we will notify you via text message or email. If you order an item that is in stock and a pre order item, your order will not ship until we get the pre-order item in. In order for your other in stock item to ship, please purchase separately. 

I purchased but I did not get tracking information? Please call or text us. 580-262-9321 or email.. returns@deercreekmerc.com Please note* E-mails take longer for us to read so allow 3-5 days for a response. 

Can I cancel my order? We do not accept cancellations. We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. You may return your item back to us within the 30 days. Fill out the return card with your order information.

RETURNS: Returns can be done within 30 days of when you received the items. Items must be unworn with all original tags still attached. You must provide the shipping label. Once we get the items back in the mail, we will issue a refund to the card which you purchased with. 

Food items, sale items, & swimwear can NOT be refunded or available for exchange.

DID YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?  If you ordered the wrong size, or it is too big or too small, please notify us WITHIN 30 DAYS of when you received the item. You can send it back to us but you must provide the shipping label. We DO NOT reimburse for shipping label.  We will refund the amount for the item but not for the shipping. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT REFUND SALE ITEMS!

DAMAGED/BROKEN ITEMS: You have THREE days to report an issue/damage/tear with your item. Please report any damages to us. If an item arrives broken or damaged, we want to know.  We will make that right as soon as possible.
