Refund Policy:

Please review the following return policy prior to completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
    •    Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
    •    Returns are accepted only on regular-priced, new merchandise.
    •    All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
    •    Vintage, antique, and pre-loved merchandise
    •    Sale or discounted items
    •    Candy, food items, and beauty products

Return Authorization & Shipping
    •    To request a return authorization, please contact help@deercreekmerc.com.
    •    Please allow up to two (2) business days for our team to respond to return inquiries.
    •    Customers may use their own return shipping method or request a return label from Deer Creek Mercantile.
    •    If a return label is provided by Deer Creek Mercantile, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
    •    Refunds cannot be transferred or issued to an alternative payment method.
    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
    •    Any damaged or defective items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
    •    Please email help@deercreekmerc.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
    •    Please allow up to two (2) business days for our team to respond.

Deer Creek Mercantile reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined above.
